I would love to throw an M112 on my mustang, and want to start saving for one however I think there are alot of supporting mods I should do first, mainly better brakes and suspension. However I lack the extensive knowledge you guys have. And thats crazy that you designed this kit, I could not even begin to fathom taking on a project like that. So do you have to search around for a used M112 off a cobra since noone reproduces them?

no, you can just buy the kit complete, all that you have to add is your choice of programmer and a boost guage.

I have a diablo tuner but im pretty sure that wont be able to tune for a supercharger lol. However there arn't any other mods needed I just feel like if I'm going to supercharge my car I should upgrade the brakes and suspension a little to handle the extra power, probably the rear end too. And I assume its a pretty indepth swap, alot of things I'm not familiar with in there. I was looking at my engine the other day just to learn and stuff and I was thinking, wow, I dont even know where I would start to swap the intake because there is so much stuff like vaccuum lines, hoses, and things like that.

as far as mpg, i believe i can safely have the #1 spot for biggest drop. before i saw around 27mpg and after i saw about 13mpg lol....but that was my own fault. i have since found some things that went way wrong causing my mpg to drop.

my mod list just keeps growing..

if i wanted to do an h/c/i swap and ultimately m112 just like everyone else here, would it be better to get a mild cam that would work before and after f/i or just wait and get the big stuff but put it all together at once? if that makes sense..
