You may need to spin the cigarette lighter adapter to the right position, I have to do that for my cellphone adapter, or change out that fuse, should be fine.

i have turned it lol, its the most common thing you have to do with those things, but like i said i tested the connector and it doesnt get power at all

Quick question...I tried the spinning thing and nothing happened so I know it's not that. However, I have tried to buy the fuse from AutoZone and (yes im still much of a n00b) I looked at the 20A fuse and there were like 3 of them. A smaller one, a middle sized one and a large one. Which one should I get? I'm pretty sure it's the fuse though.

its the small one. go and tell them you need a 20a cigar lighter fuse for your under dash fuse panel and they will get you the right one
