haha alright man. just wanted to check and thanks. But I was drivin on the highway today and at 80 I was revving at 2500 so I figured with the 3.73's that would put me around 3,000 which is a little high so Idk....but did it help up top too. Like is it any faster from 60+ because I have heard it can take some off the top end.

the 4.10's you will feel a huge difference with the tlock I'm told. I just don't want them because I do alot of highway driving and at 80mph with 4.10's I think you would be cruising around 3,200 ish instead of 3,000 with 3.73's or 2,500 with stock gears. Not sure if those number are exact except for the stock gears one lol.

Wait do the new gears reduce your top end speed?? im a little confused at how they amp your RPM but ur at the same speed (80mph). It sounds like they make you redline faster which in turn will lower ur top speed??? i dont know whats the truth? lol

Yes it reduces your top speed. And if you do lots of highway driving Shaun, I would a) not get a gear setup b) drive under 80 mph! haha.

3.73s handle great on the freeway for me. Smooth acceleration up to about 85-90 mph then it kinda craps out haha

haha alright thanks man good to know. I was thinking about a tlock w/o the new gears...what do you think? It will still give the power to both wheels so thats better.

Youd still notice a difference because the extra wheel is spinning with the t-lok. On a plus youd even out the friction and get more time out of your rear tires because not all the force is going to one tire.
