now the next question is how much better is the 3.27s over 2.73.
I know i would feel it because your jumping .54 is gears.
When i went 3.27s to 3.73s it was only a .46 jump.

And is that all i have to get to fix speedo? how much will it be off right now with 327s in it?

It will probably be off fairly bad, and the higher you go in speed the more it will be off. I could see 8-12 mph at around 70 being fairly accurate (meaning you'll have to do around 80 to hit 70). You'll notice a slight difference, but if you want to swap rear ends, get a GT rear end, it's stronger and you have many more gear options you can go with, or try to find one with 3.55 gears, that's a pretty good all around gear rating.
