oil filter relocation

Ok so im slowling getting parts together to run turbo at some point and time, so i got oil temp/press guages this weekend and ordered a oil filter relocation kit, where did you guys mount yours, would you change it, keep it? I was just looking around and wasnt sure on where to put it, thanks kevin

ordered it through autozone, dont know who there distributor is but its a trans-dapt single filter kit, (#1113)

I didn't think anyone made on to fit a 400S, just the 820S. Post pics

Will do, hopefully ill be installing it this weekend, I think i might put it where my battery is now,seems to be the best spot, i just have to move it to the trunk

I would put it somewhere where there is nothing beneath it, unless you like dripping oil in your engine bay when you change the oil.

Keep it low if at all possible or you may some dry start issues with it bleeding down overnight

I got my kit now im just looking for a good place to mount it,
1.where i thought i could, where the battery is, it would kink the lines,
2.where the intake is, under it, if the lines will reach

those are the only two places that i know of that i can mount it, the guy next door is a metal fabricator, if i need to i can get him to make a bracket to mount it

I'd say mount it in front of the tire, basically in the void behind the bumper.
