Ok i have been searching and searching but aint finding my answer. at least i dont think.

Yes you can put the V6 in, no it will not be easy or a "direct swap."

Basically everything, and you still might have to make small modifications. A good list would be:

Engine
Transmission
Complete wiring harness
Fan
Radiator
All radiator hoses
Some electrical systems mods/relocations

In short, a lot of work, most of which you'll have to just run into and address as you go.

cool but i wont have to mess with the brake system or anything right??

my bmw i put a bigger motor in it and i had to get a different brake booster and make a tranny brace b/c the bigger motor twisted the tranny 18 degrees.

I think the 5 liter swap would be easier than the m90 swap for this coupe. Anything's doable if you have the time, money, and patience to modify everything.

5.0 swap would be 10X easier cause all you need in that case is a donor car, or you could make your LX a project car and go fully aftermarket and build it to your liking.

Cause you'll need more, much more, also forgot you need to change your suspension out as well, your shocks might be too weak for the heavier V6 and may sag.
