with a 3 inch drop you sure you're blowing them out and not scraping them apart by bottoming out when backing out of or pulling into driveways?

I've never seen mufflers just fall apart, maybe the knock offs, but not a name brand unless your driving conditions are just brutal.

i chopped my springs and i drive it over nothing but smooth ground lol makes the center of gravity real nice though i have to actually have a friend lift my wheel well to get a jack under the car hahaha

and to Ryan i wouldn't exactly call my driving condition "brutal" but i like to have fun lol. however i have noticed a extreme amount of air moves through my pipes like at idle the air outa 1 of my pipes is the same as alot of peoples car and like 2500-3K rpms is it possible that i could be over flowing them? i don't think thats rly possible but i've been wrong before.

Well Flowmasters and many others will rust internally quite badly if there is a lot of moisture and exhaust has moisture in it.

We have a set of series 40's and there is almost no baffling left in them because it rusted out. I shake the muffler and chunks of rust come out.

Our Borla's are stainless and have never had that problem.

Maybe that is the problem that you have.
