ok so in the time period of this year iv blown out the welds in 5 mufflers so far. flow master knock offs, real flow masters, and now my macs. any ideas how i can stop this? i dont wana have to buy new mufflers every 3 months or so

nah the casing on all the mufflers have been un touched the subframe connectors hit before the mufflers. if i hit the muffler with a screw driver i can hear the parts rattling

ive had flows and flow knock offs on both my jeep and my mustang and ive never had a problem and the way i wheeled my jeep should have beat the hell out of them but ive never had a problem

Still wondering what springs you have for a 3 inch drop and how the hell you drive it lol.
i chopped my springs and i drive it over nothing but smooth ground lol makes the center of gravity real nice though i have to actually have a friend lift my wheel well to get a jack under the car hahaha
and to Ryan i wouldn't exactly call my driving condition "brutal" but i like to have fun lol. however i have noticed a extreme amount of air moves through my pipes like at idle the air outa 1 of my pipes is the same as alot of peoples car and like 2500-3K rpms is it possible that i could be over flowing them? i don't think thats rly possible but i've been wrong before.
