Default 04 side marker lights in rear

I wandering how to remove them I tried to pry them off with a butter knife and a small flat-head precision screwdriver but no such luck I chipped part of the reflect already. Can someone help me with this is there something in the trunk I need to take out or under the car?

It's bolted to the bumper.

You've gotta pull the bumper, or at least the sides of the bumper.
