Default 2000 v6 headlight bracket issue

My 2000 Mustang front left headlight got hit. I want to replace it but I think I have a problem. The brace, bracket whatever you call it that goes over the headlights which you fit the retainers in broke off. Can that be replaced, or not, if not what should I do?

I think that your talking about the header panel? If so then yes it can be replaced. Ive had mine replaced twice but was told to get one from ford because aftermarket panels tend to sag. Look on cjponyparts.com or mustangsunlimited.com and they have what you need

Is it fairly easy to replace? From what I can see its all bolt on. I'm referring to the headlight/header panel.

It may take 30 minutes to put the new one on. I just painted mine black so it wouldn't stand out. It does have some adjustment in it though, so lining things up may take a little longer, but it's not too bad.

Does the f bumper need to be removed or can it be replaced without taking off the f bumper?
