Default car problem, video included. please help

so here it is.... i bought a used tuner on craigslist about 8 months ago and had justin tune it. ever since then the car has had a problem. the weird part is that its on and off. maby once a month for two days at a time that's it. im not blaming justin or vmp. they are awsome. it must be the used tuner. when i emailed the original owner he said "The only problem I ever had with it was when I used the custom tune it came with.so I just tuned it myself after that and never had any problem" whatever that means.

PROBLEM: ill go to start the car and it cranks but it turn over. in order for me to get it started i will have to crank it and then hit the gas. if i let off the gas the car stalls out. its like it is not getting any fuel unless i am hitting on the gas.

possible solutions:i checked just about every fuse and they all seem fine including the fuel pump fuse. i am about to go clean out the intake and throttle body with some throttle body cleaner to make sure nothing is sticking! other than that the only thing i can thing of is a new tuner. if i got a new tuner would this maby solve my problem. if i bought one from vmp and had them put a stock tune on it then maby it could erase the **** that is on there now??

The only thing that I can think that would cause it would be the IAC.

I sounds like a vaccum leak. But first, crank the car and unplug the IAC and it should die right away.

iac?? is that the hose going from the intake to the heads right before the intake hits the throttle body. besides the car dies right away as it is, or should i give it enough gas to keep it running then unplug it

the iac is the little bypass valve attached to your throttle body... in the old days your throttle body butterfly valve had a hole in it to let enough air to pass through to keep the car running at idle.. now days you dont have that hole, it is done electronically via the iac valve..

its on the side of the throttle body.. it may be clogged or simply not working properly

out to the garage i go, thanks so much guys. im probably going to clean it and reinstall it and then order a new one from ford because i just got off the phone with them and they only want 75 bucks for a new one. and id rather not have to go through with this again id rather replace and know it is fixed.
