Hi I have a 1995 v6 3.8L mustang I recently bought used. It runs good but I have one problem I can't figure out. The transmission which is an auto (I think it's the AODE Right?) has problems that are really robbing the car of power. 1st the tranny shifts way to early almost each gear shifts at right at or under 2000 RPMS. Almost completely missing 3rd shifts so fast right to 4th. Sometimes it feels like it skips a gear and rumbles along really sluggish. When I manually shift it from 1st to 2nd it goes fine and has really great power. 2nd also the tranny doesn't downshift at all. When I stomp on the gas pedal or go up a hill it will not downshift to give it more power to go. Up hill it will even up shift and kill the power the engine wants to give out. What is the deal? Does it have a Downshift cable or a throttle valve cable? I can't find anything out about it. If not or so is that the problem? Sounds to me like it but again I can't find anything on how to adjust it's shifting times. Please help!! Thanks in advance. Tim
