Default Spark plugs

I need to change my spark plugs. I currently have a exhaust and intake. Which spark plugs you guys think its good for my car? I heard NGK TR5 Spark Plug and bunch more. so what do you guys think?

no the tr5 is the standard plug the tr5ix is the iridium plug

got some basically brand new autolite 103s if you want. very good plug, just not cold enough for my supercharger. only had them in while on the dyno, then swapped them out for a colder plug.
