no pretty sure that is wrong. the label reads that X pts of seafoam treats X gallons of gas. i dont remember the numbers cuz i dont have a can at my house right now but 1/3 of the can works out to between 3/4-full tank of gas.
what does not mix immediatly with gas, will when u take it for a drive. when u add it to the oil and the vacuum line it is designed to work instantly to clean the fuel injectors.... hence the immediate smoke. when it is added to the tank it is designed to work with that whole tank for a week

I wouldn't use the brake booster line. I just took off my upper intake and the ONLY one that was clean was the ports to cylinder 6 which was coincidentally the one that has the break boaster right over it. I'd put it in the pcv port on the top of the intake.

I know this is probably a stupid question, but can someone please post a pic of the vacuum line and how to properly put the Seafoam in? I would really appreciate it.
id do a video on it but my car is up on a lift at the body shop i work at and it just got its new subframe and lower control arm in so she aint feeling to well.
p.s.
it is NOT the brake booster linebtw. it is the vacuum line and it is the same line every dealership, jiffy lube, and other shop uses to induce injector cleaner

I actually called seafoam about this, you can run 1/3 of a can in the oil for 5k miles and it won't hurt anything. Just gives it more time to work it's "magic"

They also use a pressurized system that intorduces the cleaner in a mist form which would allow it to flow more evenly throughout the intake. Your everyday Joe isn't using a pressurized machine. I'm letting you know what I saw. All my ports were dirty as hell except for the ports to cylinder 6. It might be a coincident, I dunno. I can't really see how that was the ONLY one clean though. So it's 1 of 2 things. 1. Seafoam doesn't work for crap as my intake was caked with carbon deposits (except #6), or 2. seafoam only cleaned out the ports that in which it was introduced directly above.
I apologize for calling it the "brake booster" line instead of "the vacuum line that leads to/from the brake booster". At a few of the shops I've worked at, we only used "the vacuum line that leads to/from the brake booster" when we couldn't put it in front of the throttle body in the intake tube.
