Default fuel problem..need help asap

so the other day i decided i wuz gunna paint my upper intake manifold black to give me sumthing to do..so i undid the cold air intake, disconnected everything, and took it off. i had done it before so i knew where all the hoses and connections went..plus its not hard to mix up(iv gotta 98 v6 btw, 3.8) and i painted it and i took the throttle body off and cleaned it up with sum throttle body cleaner and i did the upper intake too. and i put it on..i had a little trouble with the gasket from manifold to manifold but i got it in there. but i put everything on, hooked it up, started it and it was idling wayyy to high and it wanted to stick when it came down from a rev up..iv been looking for sum answers and the check engine light eventually came on and i read it with a scan tool and it came up that both bank 1 and 2 were running lean. i had messed with the set screw on the throttle body before but it ran fine up till now. so i adjusted it and checked codes and i keep getting the same thing..it seems to b idling fine as best as from wut i can tell, its not dramatically all up and down at idle but its sumwut normal. however the codes are still coming up after clearing them over and over again. im stuck on whats wrong. idk if maybe its a hose i MAY had mixed up or a solenoid going bad or sumthing else..i need help fast because im worried about the engine possibly overheating bcuz of the lack of fuel..

Idk if this is where your problem stems fron but when ive had an issue with bank 1 or 2 being to lean its because of an o2 sensor. What exactly are the codes its throwing?

iv actually been looking around and figured id go ahead and skip work tomorro and get the gaskets for the top end (tb, upper intake, n egr) and give that a go..idk how to check my fuel pressure but i might ask one of my friends who's a mechanic and ill c where that goes..im gunna go ahead and tear it all down and check for vacuum leaks and try the new gaskets i spose. hopefully it may clear up the problem but idk
