Default help! running rough and engine shake

i feel my mustang runs very "rough" compare to what it used to be. the engine is getting bit louder and the car accelerates slower for some reason. the car still idle around 700 rpm but the engine vibrate during idle. these problems are amplified when driving w/ AC on.

My car is a 02 3.8L manual Mustang w/ 65000 miles

Thanks!!
