i got the stang about 2 month ago and the first thing i did was plugs, wires, and oil.the tires are new and balanced.now when i'm crusing 35-45 steady there's a shutter or some kind of vibration. feels like in the moter, not sure. i havent changed the fuel filter yet and i only run 93 oct in it. could this just be a dirty fuel filter? when i'm cruising like highway speeds it doesnt do it. any ideas?...thanks icon_patriot:

Well just a heads up, off topic, I believe our cars are tuned for 87 from the factory so on a stock tune you should be fine with 87 to save a few bucks, or 89 if you want.
re: off topic.. there no point in using cheap gas in your car. sure 87 may be cheaper now but it burns dirtier, gets lower economy, and is generally worse for the engine. 93 or 91 in some places burns stronger, and cleaner so you get more power, better MPG's, and helps the engine last longer so might as well run 93 anyways.

Eh, certain cars run best on a certain octane. While 93 might burn cleaner than 87 or 89 he might get the best gas mileage for the money on 89. I run 93 in my father car but its an 08 G35 lol I run 87 in mine, thats what my tune is for.
ok i thank you for the fuel info but do u think that has anything to due with the vibration? should i run a hotter plug. i just put in a stock plug when i changed them.thanks again for the help

Have you checked the motor mounts? Or it may be time for a coil pack.
