Hey everyone. I have a 89 convertible with a 2.3 liter and want toswap in the 5.0. I already have my donor car but it is a 88 Lincoln with a 5.O H.O. I know about the springs and rear and AOD trans and Ive got all that covered. What I do not know is the wiring part of this swap. Must I have the wiring harness from a 89 Mustang or are they the same up to 93? What are all the components of the harness? Main, O2 sensor, computer, anything else I need. Is there a difference between a mass air and speed density harness? Would a harness from a 87 5.0 Cougar work as I have access to one of those. Im completely lost here and almost ready to put a Edelbrock 2121 on it and would if I could get my cruise control to work with it. Thanks for any help.
