Default Coil over/ K-Member Question For 92 LX

Hey, I was thinking of getting a K-member for my mustang and realized that all the k-members I was looking at need new control arms. The control arms for the k-members dont have and place to mount a stock shock and spring (spring perch I believe its called)so I need to convert over to coilovers and I was wondering how this kit is.
Part # : COP-2

I was also wondering if you can use the stock chamber plate with that kit. Currently I have the engine removed and want to do everything while I have easy access, the only upgrade I have done right now to the suspension is the Tokico HP struts and Eibach springs Part # : HPK211 from you guys. I figure I would have to get rid of the front springs and get a set of coil over springs. I am also going with manual steering and have the rack sitting in the garage, but didnt want to install it until after i get a K-member.

I have been looking at the MM A-Arms (MMFCA-4) and was wondering how they are compared to the QA1's
Although you guys dont well the K-member I am going to be using, here is a link just in case

Thanks for your help
