I did them at 25K - none broken. They creaked like an old barn door coming out. I went very slowly, and followed the TSB carefully. Do it now - TAKE YOUR TIME - let them soak for at least an hour after the initial break-loose. You should be fine. One thing - with the engine cold, I could NOT break them loose at the expected torque. I had to run the engine till it was warm to touch (maybe 10 minutes). They broke free easily, I soaked them and let the engine cool for an hour or two, then did the rest. Good luck.
