well, the 351 is was planning on using was in my 84 f-250, but i bent some rods when i totalled it, its a long story, but the motor was a motor works engine, and i was planning on sending it in for a core and getting a late 60s early 70s 351w, which i believe had a little more horse power than the 84, i know alot of people dont like the napa/motor works remanufactured engines, but i had really good luck with the one im my f-250, and i plan on going the motor works route again.

i was looking on mustangs unlimited and they had headers spefically for the swap i am doing and for a better price than hooker/heddman, when i went through summit they never spefically said if the headers they had were for the swap im doing or not, so i may go through mustangs unlimited for headers and other miscelanious stuff. oh and i have 12 point breslin split lock header bolts so no worries there, for $75 they sure relieve alot of headaches.

speaking of which, what year ford 351w had the most horse power?

and what company do i get the raised motor mounts from?

and can i reuse my 302 starter on my 351? or should i go mini starter?
