The techs there will know what you're talking about. The front desk people can be retarded sometimes. It also helps if there is some kind of modular V8 enthusiast in the shop. The one peice spark plugs were just released by ford and i dont think they will be available until the supply of the old 2 peice ones dries up. There is a listing for them. The techs usually know whats going on before the counter people do. The easiest way to take them out is to get your engine a "bit" warm to soften the carbon then do the tsb(a couple small squirts of motorcraft penetrating fluid down the holes).
