Ok, this is what I've heard. The new Camaro is still tied up legally, but GM was going to bring back the Chevelle in it's place. But now some GM exec (whom I can't recall) has decided to kill the Aurora platform (I think that was the platform) which was to be a rear wheel drive platform. So, as I have heard, don't look for anything remotely like a Camaro before 2011. This is all rumors, but I work with alot of ex-GM people so there is some degree of truth to it anyway.

Maybe I am getting confused but I thought it was the Zeta platform they had cancelled?!

GM dont have a damn clue how to do business - first thing they should do is shut down Buick (which most people think they will, other idea was Pontiac) and save money in that way, ie - duplicating cars..........next thing they should do is build a new Camaro - are they so dumb as not to do that after how succesful the Mustang has been. Unlike most of you I am not loyal to Ford - my previous vehicles were Dodge Rams, Blazers, Jeeps, etc, etc - I bought a Mustang not because I think Ford are awesome but the Mustang is awesome!!!!!! This is where GM would get so much business as even people who are not loyal to GM would come and buy a Camaro, I know if it blew me away I would possible be tempted one day, although I love my 05 GT so much that I doubt that at this point
