haystack-so then you're an expert on how well swat from that department is trained? or are u an expert in how the budget of that department is spent? was that even necessary to say?
i live in philly and we have more cops murdered than anywhere in the country, and every time it happens someone has something negative to say about it. like the police went about an apprehension wrong, or because they've used excessive force in the past citizens are fighting back. its ridiculous. regardless of how it happened these officers are there to protect the people, when they are murdered it is a tragedy.
