My Brother and I are trying to figure this same thing out.
As far as I can figure, all we need to do is use a Manual Flywheel from a 351W F-150 that accepts the '87 5.0's 10.5" clutch.
I know that all 351W's were 28oz. balance as well as 1968-81 302's but the flywheel/clutch mating is the only thing I need to know.
Can't remember how many teeth are on the 5.0 HO's?? 157 or 164?
Can anyone confirm what flywheel we need?

The 351W/T-5 will be ok for a daily driver with a mildly built Windsor, but I wouldn't be dumping the clutch and ramming thru the gears too often.
