Default NOT FIRING PLEASE HELP

I have a 2002 3.8 V-6 mustang it is not firing from the coil on 3 and 4 . I have replaced the coil pack and checked plug wires . Still not firing . I measured the primary side, pin 4-1 pin 4-2 and pin 4-3 about the same resistance,
measure from secondary 1-5, 3-4, 2-6 and there about the same. I cranking the engine, check for a pulse to ground at harness side of the connector to the coil. Pin 3 did not pulse so I ohm pin 3 to the computer pin 52 very low resistance. Do need to replace the computer? Thanks for the help.

Was it doing the same thing before the coil was changed? Did you change the plugs? What brand of parts did you use? What all has been done to the car? How many miles are on it?

Has 98000 mile
Same thing with old coil but I don't think its the coil because there are 4 pins that plug in to the coil pack pin 1 and pin 2 pulse my test light pin 3 doesn't and the wire from pin 3 to the pcm pin 52 is good.

Do you have an electronics book for your car? If not you'll just have to wait until sunday night for a good answer. PCM's don't go bad, so that's not it, unless you got it wet.

Now I repeat myself...

I didn't change the plug this time because plugs and wires where changed last November
Nothing else has been done to the car
Coil brand was duralast
I don't have a electronics book for this car.
PCM has not been wet.

the duracrap coil may be the problem. Advanced auto parts actually sells the Motorcraft coil, I'd try that.

FIrst take a pic of your coil and wires and label where they all go so I can make sure you got them going to the right place.

I have a motorcraft coil on it right now it is doing the same thing
It is not the coil because Im only getting a pulse on pin 1 and pin 2 not on pin 3 these are the pins that plug into the coil from the pcm and you should get a pulse on all 3
All the plug wires are in the right place.
