well, the text color is white and, from what i understand, if there are multiple versions/colors of the logo, the cost will go up... significantly; therefore, different colored logos are out. so, unfortunately, i don't think a white shirt will be available. you might want to ask ROTM if there is an option of different colored shirts (any gray toned shirt wouldn't look too bad with the logo either)
