Whats the purpose of it?

 

its a donation that goes to chp officers families who got hurt in their job. and basically with that 1800 dollar donation you, get this plate frame. so when u do get pulled over, cops know what it is, and they tend to let you off with a warning. even if you are speeding. look it up at the ferrari forums and lambo forums, you'll see its no bs.

 

It would be easy to ****** those off cars. Id be scared to get that thing stolen lol. I bet people sell em on craigslist?

 

you can put deadbolts on the license plate where you screw it onto, and no1 will rip it off your car. thats why i still have mine lol
