I am ready to order springs but can't decide between the 3. For DD and track use. Any advice would be great.

if your not to concerned about harsh ride the H&R race springs (1.5 front/1.4 rear) are awsome. i track my car about once a month and drive about 500miles a month (not DD). it handles as if on rails, do have sway bars from STEEDA, though.

When I was buying my Steeda springs they were back ordered for the ultralights, so Steve gave me a ring and gave me a breakdown of the spring rates. The ultralights were so close to the Sport springs I ended up going with the sports... I think it was the rear was a different rate only... but do not quote me on that.

I had a set of H&R sports on my prior 06 GT convertible and they were great. I am definitely going to get another set for my 08 coupe. Ride quality was excellent and it rode just like stock. If you got in the car you never would have been able to tell the car had lowering springs on it. The handling improved and the front end didn't seem to dive as much when braking hard. It lowered the car 1.0 inch front and back.

Right now, I have the Pro's in the back and the stockers up front. It really evened out the car and I am going to do the fronts this spring. Ride quality didn't seem to be affected.

i have the h&r sports and theyre bad a$$, i track my car bout 6-8 times a yr. theyre awesome.

that would be for the Race springs, not sure about the Sport springs. Check with Stang Suspensions.com.

The sport lowers the car 1.0 inches front and .75 inches rear. I want to get that gap in rear closed so may have to go w/ the Race..

i had prokit on for about a week and i kept bottoming out and scraping, street scene front bumper got kind of messed up. i have sport springs now and isnt quite as low, its a little stiffer, no more bottoming out i like the sport springs better. dont know much about the h&r springs.
