Default Procar Rally Seats with Stock Rails

Hello Guys,
I am looking to fit Procar Rally seats in a 67 Fastback and was told that if I used the stock factory seat rails the seat will sit 1" lower than with the Procar brackets. Does anyone know what is involved in using the stock rails? Any recommendations or opinions? I am not very interested in lowering the seat pans...I am 5'10"...

Thanks in advance!

I can tell you that I used those seats in my 1970 Mustang convertible and was so impressed that I bought a set for my father in law to put in his 1970 240z and he loves them, also! The brackets attach via four allen screws that screw in horizontally from the front and back. The bracket has three differnet heights depending on the hole you chose to install the allen screw through. You can tilt the seat by selecting a differnt hole at the back than the front. I'm 6'4" and didn't have any headroom issues, but it was a 1970 convertible.
