im sure you could, cuz thats a hell of a lot better camera than mine.

but on mine this is what i do...

-Turn it on
-press the menu button
-then i have an option that says BRK+-1.0(yours will prob be like 2.0 or more.)
-What is does(well mine at least) shoots 3 pics right after one another at different exposures.
-One birght, one in the middle, and one darker one, so if you figure out how to change the exposures you can do it.
-You will also need a tripod because the camera can not move, all the pics need to be the exact same but diff. exposures, for everything to line up right
-Then you will need a program like Photomatix Pro, this puts all the images together and you can edit them from there.

here are three pics that make up an image like that before editing and everything....







with the settings in my program right now and not messin with em to make it better it turns out like this....
