I have an 88 Mustang LX 4 cylinder that is idiling high at between 2000-3200.
It has also ran hot since it was bought new and we have to run the blower to keep the tempeature from getting hot.
Is there a sensor for the idle on this car and of so where is it.
The Radiator Fan does not seem to be comimg on, is there a sesnor for it also?
If so where would it be? It has a new radiator and hoses and thermostat as well as hoses. The temperature gauge runs high when I am in traffic and runs
at about 22% when it is on the Interstate.
Thanks for the help,
