Hell yeah i was lucky enough to get 3 races tonight and one last night
. They have been scarce lately so ill take what i can .
I am parked by my friends with stangs and one with a c6 when 3 guys come up and ask me about my car. My car looks faster than it is (but im working on that
) but he asked what i had. I said intake/tune and no cats, he sorta shruged to his friends like saying "it aint got ****", so i said you wanna run? He pissed me off because he was being a cocky little **** and acting like i wasn't **** so i figured he must have something big. I asked him what he had : Intake/tune and throttle body. Now this kid had a purple ass charger R/T with purple neons and chrome rims (i got rims too though) .When we were about to leave, this kid makes me show him under the hood, LOL
, he told me his friend had one and wanted to see what mine looked like..... YEAH RIGHT . We lined up 5 different times. We started all races from about 40-45 when im in 2nd at 3-3.5 rpms. He honked it off and i instantly gained a little bit and just kept pulling, beat him by about 3 cars till 120 LOL. It felt so good to put that **** talking punk in his place
. He kept wanting to run it because i guess he thought he might eventually beat me... but i was on my game and shifted awesome at 6.5 rpms, i would gain a little bit as i shifted.
2. Cobra with unknown mods from a dig first. Surprisingly, I took off in front on him through my 1st
! he couldn't launch for ****, but as soon as 2nd kicked in, he walked awaaaay lol. Did a couple 50-60 rolls and he just walked away on them too lol. Rolls were to about 120 and he had a good 4 cars .
3. My friends LS2 vette with intake and headers,no tune
LOL . We did a 60 roll, with me being at 4.5-5 k rpms and we were pretty even but as soon as my shift came, he walked away also about 3 cars till 110-120.
4. Last night my friend in a G8 GT just intalled his intake without a tune. Now i have beaten him before but i BARELY edge a fender in 6k rpms. We raced 5 times and i got him 3/5. I beat him by about a car or 1.5 on low roll, but he really needs a tune because my throttle responds way faster.
So, im 2/4 this week but i lost to two fast cars (vette and Cobra), beat my friend (with his new mod he thought might take me), and some douchebag.
