The haynes manual says that they aren't reusable. Just checking to see if they are and if not, where do I find new ones?

No. They are TTY bolts and can not be reused. Any auto parts store sells them. ARP main studs are only $100.

What about the rod bolts? Same story?

Torque to yield. Also known as stretch bolts. You torque them to a certain torque, then go so many degrees past that. If you reuse them, then you wind up stretching them more and potentially breaking them.

Seeing as I am using a teksid block, the ARP main studs are 200 bucks. Could I maybe get by reusing the stock bolts? Or is there somewhere I can get new OEM teksid main bolts?

ARP or go home, why skimp on something like that, build it once and built it right.

The shop thats building my motor had said they would look at them reuse them if they didn't look bad/stretched. Its weird that they would suggest reusing them when they should know that they shouldn't be reused. I called today, and left a message with the woman in the office asking if they could use ARP studs instead and she said she thought the motor was almost done. It's not really that hard to change them own I don't think, so if its done I should still have them swap in ARP studs?

Absolutely, that is not something to dick with. If you reuse a stretch bolt, then you are running a huge risk of them breaking, especially if you are putting down alot of power. Think of it like this, one broken bolt = bye bye motor. Want to risk that?

I went to the local ford house and ordered the stock botls for $4 each. I would go ARP, but $$$ and time are running short.
