Cam Problem
I recently had my svo motor rebuilt. It was bored out a little, had some head work done and the came was made bigger. I don't know much but I trusted some one to help me. The problem is that I had a tapping sound so I took off the valve cover and found a rocker arm just laying there. I looked closer and seen that the lobe were the rocker arm cam off is flat and grooved, so the cam is bad. The guy that broke it in reved it up all the way to the red line amediatly and even blew off the intercooler at the throttle body. I need to know if it was broken in wrong or should I contact the machine shop. Thanks.
