Any converter higher than your stock converter is well worth the money. Get a 3200 stall converter and you can still have driveablility on the street while picking up 3-4 tenths. So worth the mod, except expect a good amount of spinning on a stock tire. I would get a more heavy duty trans cooler though if you do that.
