I've seen that car a few times, it IS stock it's just a GT with a Saleen supercharger, he's just a very good driver.
The drag times of the Saleen S281 vary heavily by year, but if you get an older one and put the updated tune on it it should be able to put down 12.4s consistently with any driver and some training based on many examples people already get with the newer updated cars.

A 2007/2008 with the upgraded differential, 5 spokes, 3.73 gears and fresh tires, I'd say is capable of 11.99 stock.
