Blown 351w versus 408 N/A
Still debating what i want to do as far as a motor, but i know that it'll need to handle street duty. Not a race car by anymeans so torque and low end grunt for fun on the highway is most important. Not talking 100% daily driver but my other car is a big block 6000lb vehicle on 35 inch tires...so id like it to handle the bulk of my 35000 miles/ year. I know its a tall order.
I'm debating between a Kenne Bell 351W with maybe some longer stroke, or a 408W naturally aspirated, both efi, 3.73 gears and a 5 or 6 speed stick, electric fan, 3g alternator and p/s.
Vvehicle running on pump gas and creating enough vacum to run the brakes and heat, doing a significant amount of miles, im interested which route you guys would choose.
hoping to go the fordstrokers.com route for the short block, hoping woodsy will do a 351w based short block with smaller then 408CI displacement.
