Kiddo, Ford being the only American Auto company to survive with Chapter 11 bankruptcy is a big deal. Look at the stock figures via the New York Stock Exchange if you think I'm blowing smoke up your ass.
General Motors - GMQGM - $0.89
FoMoCo - F - $6.40
Ford's stock is worth 6x+ that of General Motors, if that doesn't show how good they're doing in light of the recession, than nothing will.
