you can reuse your stock cross member by busting the spot welds on it to move it back to fit the t5. idk if the tbird will work but since its a fox i would have to assume it does

no, an auto D/S wont work on a manual transmission, heres a picture of the two (2.3 auto and 2.3 manual)
