2007 GT dash goes crazy when battery goes dead
I see from the postings that I am not the only with battery issues. I have a 2007 GT with 13000 miles on it. Due to the Military I have been gone for the last 2 and 1/2 weeks. My wife went into the garage to start the car for me and the battery was dead. From what I am reading according to this thread, it is a normal problem. My question is, has anyone else experienced, when the battery gets to low to start the car, the electrical system goes nuts? My wife told me over the phone that the dash lights would not shut off when she took the key out all the warning lights were lit up and the on board computer was flashing all kinds of messages. I talked her though how to use a fluke and it only had 7.5 volts, so I had her disconnect the battery. Any info would be great, thanks.
