S281 E, you are running a S281E 3v, so it does make a lot of sense for you. You have a lot more overhead with your blower than the Eaton on my car. I was just wondering if anyone with an Eaton tried it and what the results were.

The way I understand it, you can only use around a 66mm pulley on the Eaton and that is kind of pushing it. So, in theory, porting the heads will cause some decrease in boost and I am wondering if the loss is significant enough to not be worth the effort.

Eventually I would like to build a stout short-block and run either ported heads or those new Trick Flow heads with a better positive displacement supercharger. For now, I am looking to port the PI heads, run the Chicane 66 mm pulley with intercooler, a 75 mm TB, a 90 mm MAS, larger injectors, a better fuel pump and a tune. It seems to be what everyone else is doing, except no one appears to have ported their heads. I am wondering why that may be?
