It turns out that after I did all my mods (or during.....not sure) it looks like my boost actuator went bad. So I'm wondering if my torque and HP numbers were lower than what they should have been at lower RPM's. I wondered why I added over 60rwhp and don't peel out when I step on it now! The boost actuator gradually closes instead of shutting immediately causing a more gradual ramp up in boost. I'm getting it replaced next week.
PS-JDM had a guy with a series II that dynoed at 400rwhp. Don't know his name, though.
