I just had mounted the 275x40x17 NT-05 on my factory 17x8 Pony Rims (have the 2007 Pony Pkg V-6). Have an autocross in Tucson this weekend to try them out, then a NASA-X at Firebird next month.

I've been through two sets of Dunlop Star Specs previously (255x40x17), and only changed because Dunlop does not have the 275 size.

I'm thinking with the larger size 275's on the 8" rims I will need a higher pressure than what the 255's needed (was 38#f, 38#r).

Agree?
