Follow the TSBs and you will find the leak if there is one.
The SJB controls almost everything electrical except the window motors,
the Climate Control, the passive restraints, the PCM of course and
a few other things. If it gets wet and there is power on it, its soon toast
from galvanic corrosion.

The rear vents can be taped and the fresh air inlet open, highest
blower along with a squirt bottle of soapy water and the leaks will
appear like magic. I was in the car wash with the blower on high
and found mine by accident... Black plastic door/window trim passengers
side above the rear view mirror where the foam sealing strip had become
dislodged.
