with my old setup I had a vortech v1 with the 3.60 pulley it made a max of 8psi and 350whp. It had exhaust and a powerpipe with supporting mods. I dont know how your getting 10psi out of that pulley. But later I added a paxton a/a intercooler with a 3.33 pulley and it made 10psi and 430whp. So that may help.
