It depends. Are your wisdom teeth out already? Mine were still in the gums and coming up on an angle underneath the teeth in front of them. So my recovery time was a bit more. I bled a lot for about a day, the pain sucked and all I had was tylenol cause my mom didn't want me on anything prescription like perks or vicodin (I was like 14 when this happened, maybe 15). And then I couldn't eat normal for a few weeks.
Oh, and the stitches were really really annoying. I ended up pulling them out with my tounge. And I couldn't drink from a straw cause it caused too much of a vacuum and I'd suck the clots out. I wasn't supposed to eat anything I had to chew, but I managed to get good at mashing it with my tounge enough to swallow.
Overall I'd say it was one of the ****tier experiences in life. But if your teeth are already through the gum, I wouldn't worry too much.
