It all depends on what he wants. Everyone says "Get what I have."
The Race IMO isn't low enough but they provide a stiffer spring rate for handling.
Just go coil-over if you are looking for handling though. The geometry of our suspension makes the effective spring rate ridiculously low when using a spring in the stock position.
If you are just looking to go low then look into the H&R SS or Eibach Sportlines.
