Squirt some oil into cylinder 8 and recheck. If the numbers get better than your rings or cylinder is bad. If the numbers stay the same than you have a bad valve or seat. My guess is a scored cylinder from overheating due to poor cooling circulation in that area of the motor. 150 psi is lower than the other cylinders but the car will still run. Motors are usually considered OK till compression gets lower than 120 psi.
