No it's brand new, i got the belt problem figured out and everything else pretty much came into place. I am now having one more issue there is one very thin hose coming off of an attachment that is attached to my air inlet. I would bet that's a vacuum hose. There is a vacuum TEE near the throttle body that that may have come off of. Take a picture and we can probably tell you exactly where it goes.
