I agree with rmodel. Any vibration should be fixed regardless. You may not feel it at a slower speed but something is out balance or the tailshaft bushing is worn.

Check the slop of the front slip yoke to the tailshaft bushing. Could also be a sloppy pinion bearing. Check the pinion nut if the pinion has slop.

You could also get your driveshaft balanced.
